Monitor capabilities
The monitor family keeps a live picture of what needs attention — both for
the regulations you’ve already adopted and the ones heading your way.
Monitor Status Database-derived
Delivers — which answers have gone stale because their evidence changed after the answer was last written. How — answer and evidence timestamps. Read it as — staleness only; it does not reassess legal sufficiency.
Connector Status Database-derived
Delivers — whether your evidence connectors are configured and returning records. How — configured connector and evidence-record status. Read it as — connection health, which does not by itself establish evidence quality.
Regulatory Horizon Heuristic
Delivers — a relevance-ranked shortlist of regulations you haven’t adopted yet, so a reviewer can decide what to adopt next. How — candidate regulations from the library, scored against your existing footprint:
- Geography overlap with your adopted regulations — +40
- Category overlap — +30
- Global regulation — +15
- Effective within the next 12 months — +15
The top 10 are returned, each with its match reasons, jurisdiction, regulatory body, and effective date.
Read it as — a discovery aid ranked from stored metadata; in the platform’s own words, “this is not a real-time legal horizon scan.”
Deadline Tracker Database-derived
Delivers — upcoming compliance deadlines in one view. How — stored organization deadlines. Read it as — only as accurate as the deadline records you maintain.
